Between apartment-sitting, solitary 2 am road trips, and the clinic's summer party out at the lake, I haven't been home much this weekend.

I've found out several things.
1. I make a killer fruit salad.
2. I can still sleep alone just fine, as long as I've got a body pillow.
3. Laying in the bed of my truck and watching the stars is an amazing feeling.
4. Joe Pool Lake is icky. Mud squishing between my toes, that's marvelous, but I draw the line at picking old socks out of the lake.
5. Cats are wildly affectionate when they've been left alone for a couple days.
6. My truck is a very pretty color when it's clean.
7. I love having my own vehicular transport system. Absolutely love it.
